QUIDBIT records only a minimal amount of information from every registered ACCOUNT HOLDER. To create an ACCOUNT, we only need an e-mail address, a name and a password.

Personal details: When you register with QUIDBIT for an ACCOUNT we collect a number of items of data and store them. This includes your name, e-mail address, password, gender, age category, place of residence and at least one preferred category, eg Home & Garden, Computers, etc. In addition, also in connection with security, we usually store your IP address.

You can enter other personal information about yourself, such as your bank account, date of birth, address, telephone number(s) and information about your household, family size, civil status, information about your living habits, etc...

It is a prerequisite to be an ACCOUNT HOLDER that you provide QUIDBIT with valid ACCOUNT information, in particular name and e-mail address details.

QUIDBIT reserves the right to occasionally send ACCOUNT HOLDERS messages using this information. This reporting can be about system updates; bulletins; order confirmations; administrative announcements; special requests and other similar messages ("ADMINISTRATIVE MESSAGES") and these can be sent via e-mail or regular mail.

ACCOUNT HOLDERS can also receive e-mail or the regular mail Newsletters and occasionally Specific Advertising from RETAIL PARTNERS. ACCOUNT HOLDERS may choose to stop sending Newsletters and other RETAIL PARTNERS Specific Advertising emails, but they cannot unsubscribe from receiving the ADMINISTRATIVE MESSAGES as long as they have an ACCOUNT.

When you log in as an ACCOUNT HOLDER, your profile is created with the default settings that allow you to set the type of information you wish to receive from QUIDBIT. You can change your preferences at any time by updating your profile on the WEBSITE and unsubscribe from non-ADMINISTRATIVE MESSAGES via the unsubscribe link in the e-mail messages.
